Financial Assistance

Financial Aid

MUST makes available financial aid in the form of interest free loans to successful Malaysian applicants only. The loan has to be repaid over a period of 72 months commencing 6 months after graduation.

Teaching Assistantships and Research Assistantships positions may be available from time to time subject to the availability of grants received by the respective faculty members.

As the University does not have financial resources to provide support for all deserving students, it is important that prospective students also explore other sources of financial aid available outside of MUST.

Scholarship may be given based on your performance at the end of your semester (for Malaysian students only).

PTPTN (National Higher Education Fund)

PTPTN provides education loans to prospective MUST students in all 13 Undergraduate programmes.

For additional information, student may contact the officer in charge at the Registrar's Office or visit PTPTN website at www.ptptn.gov.my or at E-Forum - http://app.mohe.gov.my/forum/.
