About the Program:
Innovative Entrepreneurship is set to be the Key Success Factor in the future business world. The
late Prof. Peter Drucker in his book ‘Innovation and Entrepreneurship’ said;
“Entrepreneurship is ‘risky’ mainly because so few of the so-called entrepreneurs know what they
are doing. They lack the methodology. They violate elementary and well-known rules. This is
particularly true of high-tech entrepreneurs"
Hence the failure rate among high-tech entrepreneurs is high. However, if entrepreneurs learn the correct methodologies and increase their entrepreneurship knowledge and skills, their chances for success increase significantly.
This program is unique as other entrepreneurial programs cover only the traditional aspects of Entrepreneurship which often follow academic programs or are copied from foreign programs and as such do not cover all the elements necessary for successful venture creation. In addition, at the end of each day, a successful Entrepreneur will be featured as a guest speaker to speak on his experiences in the entrepreneurship world.
Objectives of this Program
- To provide entrepreneurs with the requisite knowledge and skills to be better entrepreneurs
- To highlight key methodologies that can be used by participants to reduce the element of risk within their ventures and thereby enhance the chances of success.
